No invoice or receipt, we were just charged without approval.
They moved my Baby Grand piano without a scratch and set it up in my new home - a task many moving companies won’t touch. In addition, the moving crew went above & beyond to work into very very late evening on the Saturday night of my move as it took much longer than estimated. They also moved several very heavy Ethan Allen filing cabinets with bookcase toppers up a flight of stairs to my second story flex space which serves as my home office. They also assembled my King Size motion Support bed & reassembled it. All my TVs & electronic equipment made the move undamaged.
Two Twiggs moving also assisted my adult son in his corporate relocation for his new job in Virginia Beach into his new apartment from his apartment in Charlotte. They did a great job with this out of state move for my son too.
Pick up one day overnight on the truck and unload. No real issues. Hire these guys.
We had an issue with closing on our home in Florida but Tyler helped us with storage (for cost) which helped us immensely! The day of move in, 1 of their trucks broke down however they kept us in the loop letting us know where they were and the time they would be here. They arrived around 8pm and had the trucks unloaded in a matter of hours. These 2 young men were simply amazing! On top of being quick, they were courteous and careful in unloading and placing our items where I asked, even rearranging our china cabinet when I realized I did not like it where I told them initially.
I was concerned because I was unable to contact Tyler a few days before our move in, I left messages and texts to keep him up-to-date as to the move in date but did not hear back from him. Caleb was awesome in letting us know what was happening and Two Twigs delivered perfectly. As long as Tyler keeps the amazing employees he has, his business will continue to grow. I would highly recommend Two Twigs!
