Holden was excellent through the whole process.  I caught him early before we were ready and he provided accurate timely advice.  When the time came, the estimate turned around in minutes and the move went as planned.

He was prompt with updates and tracking any issues.

These guys are amazing in so many ways!  I have moved 12 times in my life & this crew was the most protective of my stuff ever.  I have some older, heirloom furniture which has always gotten a little dinged in moves, but not this time!  They literally shrink wrapped it all before packing it so carefully in their trucks.  Plus they worked constantly to get it done.   I felt bad for what they had to do, even moving my pool table.   I expressed how sorry I was yet they were cheerful throughout! I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Two Twigs! They helped me transition from an apartment to a four-story townhome, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The movers arrived promptly and made quick work if the packing and loading. The guys were personable and professional. I was referred by a good friend to hire Two Twigs for a large move across Charlotte, and I’m very thankful that I went with them in the end. Before choosing a moving company I spoke to three different companies and had quotes from each. I felt Two Twigs had a fair price point that was nicely structured.  The team was very friendly and professional. They were very careful moving furniture and packaging items for the move. All communication was quick and efficient.
